Programme 360-Overcoming Chronic Pain and Illness

In January this year, I decided to do something a little different to my normal 8-12 week or weekend Shaolin Chi Kung courses.

I devised a new programme for those who genuinely want to commit to healing themselves of chronic illness and chronic pain. This programme I call Programme 360.  It will help turn people’s lives around full circle or back to the healthy and happy person they once were. It also means that they practice each day for 360 days………allowing a few days of rest in between!

It is different to the private clinic, where I take more serious conditions one to one. Participants of the new course commit to one full year of healing by attending class twice a week for an hour and a half and practice on their own in between for 10 minutes each day at home.

Shaolin Chi Kung practice helps overcome an illness, not just ease the symptoms. It can help overcome many conditions which Western medicine can only control by medication. This may still be a crazy notion for many people but for those who already practice high level Chi Kung, they know the truth of this statement very well. There is even a full refund of the yearly course fee is the illness has not been overcome once the student has followed exact instructions.

Here are some conditions which have been overcome by some of my own dedicated students over the years:

Asthma

Ankylosing Spondylitis

Diabetes

Depression

Arthritis

Back pain

Knee pain

Crohn’s Disease

Fibromyalgia

High blood pressure

Meniere’s Disease

Tinnitus

Rheumatoid Arthritis

Ulcerative colitis

Planter Fasciitis

Carpel Tunnel

Heart problems

You know it is well known that most people take better care of their cars than their body and mind……..a sad little fact, especially as most people would agree that our health is our wealth!

You can find more information on Programme 360 on my webpage:

It will roll out from mid April, wherever there are more than 20 people in an area willing to take control back of their health.

Many Blessings,

Sifu Joan

    Sifu Joan,

Thank you for your constant healing work! To what do you attribute your success in helping people overcome so many different illnesses?

    Best Wishes,
    Andrew

    1. Dear Andrew,

Thank you for reading and for your question.

I am sure you may have heard Grandmaster Wong mention that there are three criteria:
      A good Art
      A good Teacher
      A good Student

We are very blessed to have a wonderful art in Shaolin Chi Kung.

I teach well because I do many courses, especially basic courses, with my Sifu, Grandmaster Wong Kiew Kit, so I am also improving my own learning and my teaching at different levels. I also know what is needed to overcome chronic pain as I overcame a wheelchair prognosis from my own practice. I can also be very strict with my students but in a loving way. They understand that I am their Sifu and not their friend. This is important as is making the class a fun place so students are relaxed and look forward to it each week. I have some students coming in to a regular weekly class for the past 12 years!

It is also important to have a good student, one who follows instructions, without adding in anything extra or mixing therapies. A good student will listen and follow as directed and practice well each day. They have the correct mindset for healing themselves through Shaolin Chi Kung and not jumping from one therapy to another. They are dedicated and willing to learn and practice.

At the end of the day, it is the chi flow in daily practice that helps students overcome their chronic pain or chronic illness. All illness is a result of energy blockage and once the chi is flowing well again, good health is restored. Not only good health, but mental clarity, vitality, a deep inner peace and a zest for life is restored enhancing our lives at every level.

Shaolin Chi Kung is so simple, yet so very profound.

      Many Blessings,
      Sifu Joan
