A new Zoom Beginners course on Shaolin Chi Kung will commence on April 12th 2022 from 7pm -7.55pm each Tuesday night for 6 weeks.
This course will focus on dealing with Fear, Stress and Burnout. Students will learn:
- How to relax.
- How to attain a Chi Kung state of mind
- Chi Kung exercises that help in dealing with Fear, Stress and Burnout.
- Turning those exercises into the Art of Chi Kung and not just physical exercises.
- How to generate an energy flow through the meridians.
- Using Chi Kung skills in daily life, work and play.
- Gratitude exercises to deepen and enhance our vibration.
- Q and A time with Sifu Joan
- A specific training programme for each participant
- The Ten Do’s and Don’t of Training a high level Art.
