A new Shaoin Chi Kung Beginners course.

A new Zoom Beginners course on Shaolin Chi Kung will commence on April 12th 2022 from 7pm -7.55pm each Tuesday night for 6 weeks.

This course will focus on dealing with Fear, Stress and Burnout. Students will learn:

  1. How to relax.
  2. How to attain a Chi Kung state of mind
  3. Chi Kung exercises that help in dealing with Fear, Stress and Burnout.
  4. Turning those exercises into the Art of Chi Kung and not just physical exercises.
  5. How to generate an energy flow through the meridians.
  6. Using Chi Kung skills in daily life, work and play.
  7. Gratitude exercises to deepen and enhance our vibration.
  8. Q and A time with Sifu Joan
  9. A specific training programme for each participant
  10. The Ten Do’s and Don’t of Training a high level Art.

The fee for this course is €150.00 paid by bank transfer, paypal, cheque or Revolut. To be accepted on the course please apply to sifujoan@gmail with a little info on why you wish to learn Shaolin Chi Kung.
