Shaolin Chi Kung with Sifu Joan

In my last post I was excited to be starting a new ‘live’ class as opposed to Zoom classes which I did during the pandemic.

Well it turned out that people were still a bit unsettled about attending a group class but 8 people turned up on the first night which whittled down to 5.

I can see that building up a group, like I have online, will still take some time. People are still close contacts and as a result of that are not able to attend weekly sessions. This may go on until testing comes to an end.

The lovely small group that I do have however, are doing very well and it is lovely to have the bit of banter again in a live local setting.
